OneDiaspora’s past and recurring clients include such companies as Jaguar Cars; Motown Records; multicultural advertising and marketing agencies UniWorld Group, Inc. and Muse Communications, Inc.; Heart & Soul Enterprises, publisher of Heart & Soul magazine, and a broad assortment of both established and newly formed outlets. From 1999 to 2005, we served as principal media and public relations consultant for Hidden Beach Recordings, the entertainment and lifestyle company founded by record industry veteran Steve McKeever and home to Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum-selling artist Jill Scott. We still serve as special consultant to the label.
We have worked with elected officials (former California State Senator Kevin Murray), international film festivals (the 1998 Acapulco Black Film Festival, now renamed the American Black Film Festival) and a host of nationally recognized events, organizations and individuals. |

OneDiaspora provides media/interview skills training for business professionals, community leaders, politicians, recording artists and others in the public eye. In terms of recording artists, we have worked with such performers as singers Kenny Lattimore and Eric Benet, as well as breakout new songtress Keyshia Cole, and a host of emerging acts. Clients have included such record labels as Motown, Virgin America, Warner Bros. and Interscope, to name a few. |

OneDiaspora is accomplished in the publishing arena, having coordinated the creation of two magazines. We oversaw the successful launch of LEDGE, an HIV/AIDS awareness magazine written by and for students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and published by the Black AIDS Institute. LEDGE made its debut on 80 campuses in the fall of 2004, with a follow-up edition distributed in early 2006. A third issue is due in 2008.
In 2002, we led a team of dedicated Howard University journalism students in formulating The Kindred Papers, a one-of-a-kind publication for our client Hidden Beach Recordings. The magazine was dedicated to the life and outlook of Hidden Beach husband and wife-led group Kindred the Family Soul.
